Bryan J. Knutson |
President & Chief Executive Officer

Bryan Knutson has been Titan Machinery’s Chief Executive
Officer since February 2024. Bryan leverages his more than 20 years of
progressive experience in sales, operations, and leadership at Titan Machinery
to deliver significant value for the Company’s customers and shareholders. Bryan
has been with Titan Machinery since 2002, and has performed at the highest
levels as an Equipment Sales Consultant (ESC), Store Manager, Complex Manager,
and held Senior Field positions including Valley Region Manager and Vice
President of Titan Machinery’s North American Agriculture Equipment Business.
He joined the executive leadership team in 2017 as the Company’s Chief
Operating Officer and was promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer in
2022. In addition to involvement in several industry organizations and 20
groups, Bryan is past chairman and currently on the Board of Directors of the
Pioneer Equipment Dealers Association representing Member Equipment Dealers in
Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota and has served long tenures on both
the Case IH Agriculture and Case Construction Dealer Advisory Boards. Bryan
graduated from Concordia College-Cum Laude where he played hockey and earned
academic all-conference honors. |

Bo Larsen |
Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer

Bo Larsen joined Titan Machinery in 2022 as Chief Financial Officer. He oversees
the financial functions for Titan Machinery including corporate services for treasury,
accounting, tax, external reporting, financial planning and internal audit.
Prior to joining Titan Machinery, Bo served as the Head of Finance for CNH
Industrial's team focused on precision technology. Prior to that, he held
various positions at Raven Industries including Director of Finance, Director
of Investor Relations, and various other roles. Bo began his career as an accountant
with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, and is a Certified Public Accountant. He
earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Professional
Accountancy each from the University of South Dakota and an MBA from The
University of Chicago Booth School of Business. |

Jason Anderson |
Vice President, Human Resources and Administration

Jason Anderson is our Vice President, Human Resources and Administration. In 2008, Jason joined Titan Machinery as a member of the senior management team. Jason has over 20 years of human resources experience including 10 years with Cargill, Inc. Jason earned a Bachelor’s degree from Concordia College and has a Professional in Human Resources Certification (PHR) from the Society of Human Resources Management. |

Jesse Cook |
Vice President, Field Operations

Jesse Cook worked for Titan Machinery from 2004-2016 in Store Sales and Management Leadership positions producing superior results. From 2016 to 2020 Jesse had Region Manager and Regional Vice President roles with Farmers Business Network returning to Titan Machinery as a Region Manager. In August 2022 Jesse was promoted to Vice President, Field Operations and is a member of the company’s Executive Leadership Team. Jesse was raised on a family farm in Western North Dakota, active in Community organizations, and currently serves on CaseIH Dealer Advisory Board Committees. Jesse is a graduate of North Dakota State University with degrees in Agricultural Systems Management and Business. |

Nathan Johnson |
Vice President, Technology

Nathan Johnson leads Information Technology for Titan Machinery. Nathan has 19 years of experience in information technology. He oversees technology for Titan including infrastructure, business systems, integrations, and digital business initiatives. Nathan joined Titan Machinery in 2005 and has held roles as Director of IT, Senior IT Manager, Systems Infrastructure Manager, and various other information technology positions. |

Mark Madson |
Vice President, Central Operations

Mark Madson joined Titan Machinery in April 2022 as Director of Sales and was promoted to Vice President – Central Operations in August 2022. In 1997, Mark started with Case Corporation while in college and spent 11 of the next 12 years in a variety of Sales/Marketing positions within CNH Industrial, with a 1-year stint working for Titan Machinery in store operations from 2004-2005. In 2010, Mark left CNH to join a large CAT/AGCO/CLAAS dealer as their Director of Ag Business. He spent the next 11 years leading and expanding their Ag division throughout ND, SD, and NE. Mark grew up on a family farm in rural ND and graduated from North Dakota State University with a B.S. in Agriculture Economics. He is a member of the Executive Leadership Team and serves on the Case IH Dealer Advisory Board. |

Christian Mitterdorfer |
Vice President, Europe

Christian Mitterdorfer is Vice President Europe. In 2013, Christian joined Titan as the European Operations Center's first employee. Christian brings over 20 years of international management experience to the company; he has held several senior financial management positions in the equipment and oil industries. Prior to joining Titan, Christian was employed by Johnson Controls for seven years, serving as Finance Director Eastern Europe and Finance Director Manufacturing and Sales of Equipment and Parts, Europe and Africa. Christian earned his Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Graz, Austria. |

Steve Noack |
General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Steve Noack is our General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, and Compliance Officer. He oversees legal matters, corporate governance, and risk management for the Company. Steve brings an extensive legal background and practical business experience to the Company, having served as associate general counsel for Otter Tail Corporation, a partner in the Vogel Law Firm, practicing in the areas of business transactions and securities law, an associate attorney in Phoenix, practicing in commercial litigation, and as Assistant Attorney General for the State of North Dakota. Steve earned his Juris Doctor degree from Cornell University (1985) and his Bachelor of Business degree from the University of Notre Dame (1982). He is also a certified public accountant. |

Arnie Sinclair |
Vice President Strategic Accounts & Application Division

Arnie Sinclair is the Vice President of Strategic
Accounts & Application Division of our Ag Segment. Arnie oversees the
sales, product support, manufacturing, and administrative functions of the
Division and is a member of the Titan Machinery Executive Leadership Team.
Arnie has been in Heartland Ag Systems Leadership positions since 2014. Arnie
started his career with Harvestland Co-op in agronomy retail and management
positions. Arnie held Senior Management and Product leadership positions from
1993-2014 with Ag Chem Equipment Company and AGCO who acquired Ag Chem in 2001.
Arnie is a graduate of the University of Minnesota. |

Aaron Cordy |
Managing Director, Australia

Aaron grew up in Castlemaine, in regional Victoria, Australia. After a long career both here and overseas as an auditor and CFO for one of Australia’s largest luxury vehicle dealership groups, he joined O’Connor’s in March 2022. In his role as O’Connor’s Chief Financial Officer, he managed a team providing financial oversight, account management, information technology, and business support, ensuring the ongoing growth and success of the company. Aaron transitioned to the Managing Director role in January 2025 and is grateful to be surrounded by a great team – both here and abroad – and working with fantastic customers. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne, is a Chartered Accountant, and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. |
